The company's activities include project management and general management consultancy, specialising in interim management, change management and human resource management. Other core business activities include quality, environmnetal and safety systems management.
A major element of SMC's service includes training, through from training needs analysis to delivery, and from basic manual skills through to senior management leadership training.
A further aspect of SMC’s core business is audit and compliance verification to meet both internal and external audit needs of various clients.
