I will always endeavour to respond to your needs at whatever the time of day or night.  However, I am a one-man-band with family commitments and I may not always be able to respond immediately.

Any response put off until the next ordinary working day wil be charged at my normal hourly rates, or for larger jobs I will give you a written quotation against which I will always encourage you to obtain other quotes for comparison.

If I do actually attend to your needs out-of-hours then this will be charged at the fixed fee of £30 (including the first 30 minutes on site), then £10 for every 15 minutes thereafter.  All my prices are subject to the addition of VAT.
